DAMAG offer a comprehensive one-stop die-casting solution covering the entire industrial chain—from mold design, material selection (magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy), and die-casting (including semi-solid die-casting) to precision machining (4-axis/6-axis CNC), surface treatment (grinding, powder coating), assembly, and customized packaging. With 20+ years of expertise in magnesium alloy processing, we eliminate intermediate links to ensure cost efficiency, consistent quality, and fast delivery for your projects.

Our magnesium-aluminum die-casting workshop spans 100,000 square meters, equipped with 50 advanced die-casting machines (ranging from 400 tons to 3000 tons, including 6 semi-solid die-casting units) and over 200 machining centers. Adhering to strict quality control standards, we achieve a flatness tolerance of 0.1mm for castings, using renowned domestic powder coatings (20-year outdoor color retention) to meet diverse application needs—from LED cabinets to electric bicycle components. The workshop operates with an end-to-end management system, ensuring transparent production processes and reliable supply chain support for both domestic and international clients.

MOLDING WORKSHOP

Our molding workshop is where precision craftsmanship meets innovation. We house a dedicated facility for mold design and manufacturing. Each customer’s mold is uniquely identified, securely stored, and can be recycled for a second life. If you choose to work with us again, we offer to duplicate new molds at no additional cost, saving your cost in the future.

This drastically reduces cycle times, minimizes handling errors, and enables the fabrication of parts that are impossible on simpler machines. It's our go-to for aerospace components, complex impellers, and intricate molds.

Multi-Axis Machining Centers (3+ to 5-Axis)

3-axis CNC machine: These machines can move along the X, Y, and Z axes.

4-axis CNC machine: These machines have the capability to move along the X, Y, Z axes, plus an additional rotary axis (often referred to as the A-axis).

5-axis CNC machine: These advanced machines can move along all three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and has two additional rotary axes (A and B or A and C).

SURFACE TREATMENT WORKSHOP

In the finishing or surface treatment workshop, we offer coatings and finishing that enhance the die-cast parts durability and elegance, ensuring your die-cast products stand the test of time. There are several treatment methods we use:

POWDER COATING

Powder coating is a method of applying a dry powder to a surface, which is then heated to create a durable and protective coating. It is widely used for its corrosion resistance and decorative qualities.

LACQUER COATING

Lacquer coating involves applying a clear or colored lacquer to a surface to provide protection and a glossy finish. It is often used in woodworking and automotive applications.

SAND BLASTING

Sand blasting is a surface preparation technique that propels abrasive materials at high velocity to remove rust, paint, or contaminants. It is widely used for cleaning and preparing surfaces before coating or finishing.

SHOT BLASTING

Shot blasting uses metallic particles propelled at high speed to clean, deburr, or prepare surfaces for coating. Unlike sand blasting, it delivers smoother finishes and enhances surface durability through peening action.

ANODIZING

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that enhances the corrosion resistance and appearance of metals like aluminum. It creates a protective oxide layer on the metal’s surface, which can be colored for decorative purposes.

INSPECTION WORKSHOP

In the inspection centers, your die cast parts products will undergo a series of full-demension tests to make sure they’re in line with quality standards. Meticulous examination guarantees your products’ excellence.
